2016 Chardonnay

eola-Amity Hills AVA

We carefully selected this fruit from a north sloping vineyard that sits 750 feet above the Willamette Valley floor. Bright acidity is matched with minerality and stone fruits after aging in neutral French oak, ensuring a refreshing balanced wine. We hope you enjoy our version of Oregon Chardonnay as much as we do.

2015 Murto Vineyard

Dundee hills, Pinot noir

This wine is made with fruit from the Murto Family Vineyard located just over the hill from our Estate Vineyard in the Dundee Hills. Ranging from 660 to 800 feet in elevation, and meticulously farmed by Mike and Robin Murto, this site is an authentic representation of Dundee Hills Pinot Noir. Made with a mixture of pommard and 115 clones, we incorporated about 30% whole cluster at the fermenter - which adds complexity to the Granville line up.

2015 Holstein Vineyard

dundee hills, Pinot noir

100% fruit from our Holstein Estate Vineyard, the nose Is the same year after year with soaring aromas of cherry and spice. Aged in mainly neutral French oak for 16 months, the resulting wine is well structured with a classic 2015 vintage, Jory soil, silky mid palate and ready to be enjoyed now and for the next fifteen years.

2015 Farmhouse Cuvée

dundee hills, Pinot noir

100% Dundee Hills Pinot noir with 90% of it from our Holstein Estate vineyard and 10% from the Murto Vineyard. The nose is highly inviting with soaring aromas of cherry and spice. It's a little heavier in style and aged in about 20% new oak. With weight of dark stone fruit, silky tannins and a long earthy finish, this wine is tasting balanced from the get-go.

2014 Holstein Vineyard

Dundee Hills, pinot noir

Our first vintage was a special one — a record number of warm days ending in a series of crisp autumn mornings yielded perfectly concentrated fruit. Undergoing  fermentation for 22 days, then aging in French oak for 16 months, the resulting wine is well balanced, pure, and ready to be enjoyed now or years later.

Tasting Notes: Ripe cherries and baking spice pronounce themselves on the nose. The palate is structured yet delicate with a long elegant finish.

2014 Barrel Select

Holstein Vineyard, dundee hills, pinot noir

We love all of our wine, but occasionally there are a few barrels that stand out among the rest. In 2014, only three barrels made the cut and were bottled separately. This wine is made to age and only produced in vintages that allow for the utmost quality. If you’re patient, it will have stories to tell you after years spent in the cellar.

Tasting Notes: Wild berries, floral undertones, and a hint of cigar box are detectable on the nose. Raspberry puree and a deep minerality characterize the mid-palate, followed up with a lingering finish.

2015 Chardonnay

 eola-Amity Hills

The last pick of 2015 came from Spirit Hill Vineyard, where these vines reside on a north slope at 750 ft elevation. Providing us with unique acidity, minerality, and ripe fruit qualities. Barrel fermented and aged for 10 Months in neutral oak, then gently put to bottle in June of 2016.  We couldn't ask for anything more from our first vintage of Oregon Chardonnay.

2016 Rosé

Farmhouse cuvée

This small batch (only 21 cases) is a blend of Holstein Estate Pinot noir and our Eola-Amity Hills Chardonnay. With raspberry fruit on the front and a finish of crisp acidity that lingers all evening long. It'll pair well with those summer salads and local cheeses. Enjoy it while it lasts!
